Being a private chef offers an opportunity to create memorable experiences for each of my clients. I am a retired Navy Medic, so it’s engraved in me to serve in the capacity in which I do. Kept Entertainment was established three years ago out of my passion for food and love for entertaining. As an islander, I have adopted bold Caribbean flavors, coupled with American and Southern cuisine in an authentic and innovative way.
